1922 Ford Model T Wood Body Depot Hack Truck PROFESSIONAL RESTORATION BEAUTIFUL!
Description
You are bidding on a beautiful example of a 1922 Ford Model T Depot Hack truck. The truck comes from a Barrington, Rhode Island estate having undergone a complete nut and bolt professional restoration eight years ago. The truck is forest green with a black vinyl interior and roof. The engine compartment and undercarriage are nicely detailed with correct paint applications. The wood body is in excellent condition showing a nicely preserved surface with no wood checks or rough areas, it is truly in excellent condition. The tag on the wood body is marked Syverson Cart Co. 552586. Syverson was a commonly used cabinet maker for hack truck bodies. The body has minor paint chips as expected from light road use which can easily be touched up. There are also scratches to the paint where the hood meets the radiator shell. This is the cleanest model T you will find, photographs do not do it justice. The tires are in near new condition with many miles left to be traveled. This car wasowned by an older gentleman who unfortunately passed soon after the car was completed. I acquired the car during the liquidation of the estate. If you have any questions or require more photographs please do not hesitate to ask. Also feel free to contact me on my cell with any questions, the car is also available for inspection by appointment. This is a great car that any collector can buy with confidence. As you can tell my garage is filled with 1960's muscle, the model T just doesn't fit in. This is a great opportunity for all model T enthusiasts. All steel construction no fiberglass, ignition converted to electronic ignition. Everything rebuilt or replaced with new, including engine and transmission. Only needs touch up paint for a few scratches
