1969 Ford Mustang 2-Door Coupe V8 Automatic

Description

1969 two-door 302 C.I. V8 Automatic transmission. Coupe originally was canary yellow with a black vinyl roof and black bucket seats with head rests.Only 3 owners.

I purchased the car in 1970 and drove it for 12 years, then sold it to a relative who painted it the current blue and dropped in the current 8-cylinder 289 engine. I repurchased it 25 years ago and it has been in my garage since then.

I started rebuilding it with my kids years ago which included: new brakes and master cylinder, removing the seats, carpeting, and sound proofing, and painting the interior with a rust-proof paint. I have the new carpeting and sound proofing material in boxes. Needs new front and rear dash boards.

There is only a very minor spot of rust in the trunk by the left wheel well. See photo. The rebuild stopped as the kids moved out and my interests went to travel and golf!!

Currently not running, but won’t take much work.

Have the title and original plates.

Only in one minor fender bender that was repaired.

Body is in great shape. Paint is starting to oxidize and needs work.

Has Power steering. Have front and rear seat belts and original Mustang hub caps.
