Description
For auction, a 1972 Ford Bronco.
According to the previous owner, t
he vehicle was restored roughly 17 or 18 years ago & has been sitting in a storage facility ever since. The engine is a small block Ford 302 engine, with an RV camshaft, Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, and headers. The transmission is a 4 speed manual, with a very low 1st gear. The transfer case has high & low range. The rear axle is a Ford 9"; the front axle is a Dana 44 with locking hubs.
The tires are 33" X 12.50" X 15" Baja Wide Track radials. The roll cage is 4 point. The floors, bed, and wheel wells are all coated with 'Herculiner'.
Included (but not pictured) is:
- the original steel hard top (it will need some repair & paint)- original rear seat frame & pads (pads will need recovering)- a pair of KC highlighters- the original 1972 Bronco service manual
I noticed the driver's side front seat has a tear in it; it will probably need recovering. Also, the steering wheel does not belong to me; I will install a different steering wheel at auction end.
If you have any questions, please ask.I know very little about Ford Broncos, but will do my best to answer any questions you may have.
If you are interested in the truck, I would encourage you to come look it over, inspect it, and drive it.It is located in Franksville, WI.
Best of luck, and thanks again for your interest!!!
On Oct-23-18 at 06:52:02 PDT, seller added the following information:UPDATE/REVISION
i had a few requests for a picture of the top.I added 2 pics of the Bronco with the top installed (showing the top clears the roll cage); these pictures were taken the day we drove it out of the storage unit.
I had a question about a 'reserve price'...just to be clear, THERE IS NO RESERVE; bid to win.
I forgot to mention, it has a new battery, new fuel pump, new fuel filter, and a new Edelbrock carburetor(these were replaced due to it sitting for so long).
Also, the additional lights that are included are called 'KC Daylighters'.
Lastly, if you need shipping, we could possibly help. We are traveling to Nevada in about a month & could potentially bring it along in our enclosed trailer.
Thanks again for your interest, Doug
