1964 1/2 Mustang convertible. Purchased as father son rebuild project. Took it to body shop to have rust removed and painted. Unfortunately the shop did a terrible job and now is probably not usable with out major investment. It does have good convertible parts and front dash etc. Also good front fenders, deck lid and hood and doors. Now son is off to college so just trying to unload the project.
I purchased all of the parts for a resto-mod. Many more pictures available on request.
Aside from the body and all original parts I also am selling:

Really everything you need to put a mustang back together except a solid chassis.
Car is listed as pick up only, but can help with shipping as the car is currently on a trailer if you are local. Trailer is for sale as an option.
I will do my best to describe the state.I am happy to talk more or send pictures, or even facetime if you would like to see it yourself.
It had the typical rust. The gentleman working on in convinced me to purchase new rails and floor pan and he would replace them all.
He started in the front and replaced the front rails.I still have the originals which have the VIN stamp in it, but he did not transfer it.They seem OK, but he covered his work with seam sealer so they would have to be inspected.
The rockers have been replaced and are in decent condition.
For some reason he cut out all of the floor pan that was rusted and left the parts that needed to be replaced.I would say that a new floor pan would be the best rout.
The rear arms are both cut out at this point. The one that he hacked is bolted in, but I would say both rear rails are currently removed and the new ones need to be welded in.The right rear will have to be replaced, but I have the dynacorn left rail still in good shape.
The rear tire wells should also be replaced, but it may be optional.
In the rear the trunk brace was rusted so he cut out the entire back section so that would also have to be replaced.
All in all it would take some work.
The doors, hood, trunk, and quarters are all good with the exception of one spot on the front fender where it bolts to the frame is torn up.
