1967 Ford Fairlane 500 Hardtop
Description
Selling my 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 Hardtop. The description I am about to give is the best I can based on what was told to me and passed on to me by the previous owner. This is a professionally done frame off restoration preformed in California.. It has a Windsor 351 bored to 400 cubit inches which has been rebuilt. 750 4bbl duel pump Holly carb. chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner assembly, mild cam, Street Fire ignition, Aluminum Radiator, headers and custom dual exhaust. The 5speed manual TREMEC transmission is not original but still has the original shifter with reverse lock out. All emblems, badges, front fender ornaments and "FORD" letters are present. The interior was redone to stock trim with the addition of a Tach on the dash and gauges mounted under the dash. The Tach works. No rips or tears and very little wear on the seats. The windows roll up and down as they should. The headliner is in excellent condition. It has the correct AM radio.. The car has 4 wheel drum brakes. No power steering or power breaks. New tires. It has never been on the track but it is really a great street car. The car runs and drives great and has plenty of power. I have never used it for a daily driver. It has been garage kept. Windshield has small scratch from wiper blade. I bought this car for classic car shows and drive ins, but with no AC my wife complains about the heat in these brutal VA. summers.
