FORD 1937 CABRIOLET CONVERTIBLE STREET ROD CHASSIS CORVETTE 327
Description
Here is a super nice club convertible on an amazing street rod frame with elaborate front independent suspension with disk brakes. Rear is Ford, mounted on parallel leaf springs and tube shocks. This car was built by an older pro over a several year period with the best stuff available! Chassis was painted and a great running 327 Corvette motor and 400 turbo were set in under the side opening hood. New radiator and cooling fan. Tilt column and rack and pinion steering. Dual master cylinder with power booster. Brakes are plumbed and working well. Complete dual exhaust system with headers. New gas tank and gas line run to the 4 barrel carb. Digital gages connected to sensors. The body is thought to be a Westcott body with everything fitting well. Has power windows. Fully upholstered with nice leather seating. Nice removable hardtop fits well. AC unit to be installed. Other misc. parts come with it. I'm a little like Clint Eastwood [ A man needs to know his limitations] ! Wiring is one thing I won't do! The Ford needs wiring and possibly a bendix problem. Many of the electrical parts come with it, such as the fuse panel, switches etc. This vehicle will be sold with a clear Pa. title and BOS. It is sold As Is, where Is with no returns. At auction end I need a $1000. non returnable deposit in my Paypal. Come take a look if you are nearby. I have a local transporter friend who can deliver to you if needed. Thanks for looking and bidding, Ed.
