Description

1930 Ford Model A Pickup

Runs and drives nicely. Clean and Clear Pennslvania title in my name. Truck is original Ford steel. Surprisingly comfortable, reliable driver, and has the look everyone is trying to achieve.

The cab is most likely a late 31 with the indented firewall and a full steel roof. The cab has been chopped 4 inches. The wide bed box is bobbed.

It sits on a very clean frame and powered by a nice stock 4 banger. Engine numbers match an are legible. Mechanical brakes are tuned/adjusted and work well.

The truck has been completely rewired with a new harness.New headlights, tail lights, fuel pump, fuel filter, all new fuel lines, gas tank, coil, correct spark plugs, battery, 6 volt positive ground high output alternator….etc.Everything sorted out and functioning electronics. Hand throttle, mechanical advance, manual choke all function.

The seat is professionally upholstered in a distressed real leather. Bed floor and cab floors all new aged wood. The cab and bed floors are reinforced with a few new braces.Cab corners, door bottoms, lower cowls, and a few misc patches are welded in but not finished.

Front windshield is new with custom pop out frame.Rear window is also new glass, and custom frame. No side glass at all.I have a walk around video of the truck running. Exhaust is newer and truck idles smooth and quiet.

I recently sold a VW Polo as well. Selling these two vehicles to fund a project. Check my feedback. I have sold a few cars over the years and bought a few. Always good feedback. The most recent being the Volkswagen and the buyer was very pleased. This is my personal truck and I would be happy to take any photos or answer any questions. I would be willing to work with any shipper. If I was buying, I would be hesitant to throw on an open carrier with a random tuck driver though.

On Dec-20-18 at 09:17:34 PST, seller added the following information:

To clarify "Surprising comfortable" - I'm 6'0", 190 lbs. I fit and the seat feels good. I can reach everything and move around a bit with amy arm hanging out the window. I'm sure there is a limit to what size personcan drive it comfortably.

By smooth and quiet, I'm talking about just the engine and drive train. The actual driving is noisy and harsh. It's loud inside. There are holes in the firewall. No side windows, no door rubbers.Everything rattles and its like being in a tin can. No door panels, headliner or sound deadener.

Foot starter, foot and hand throttles, 3 speed non-synchronized transmission, no turn signals, only working gauge is amps. Its almost 90 years old. Its very much an antique driving experience.
