1969 Ford Mustang Resto-mod Head Turner.

This is not Fuel injected. For some reason eBay will not let me change it.
After much deliberation I have decide to sale my 69 mustang. I have a chronic illness and can no longer work on her. She has a ton of features that I cannot hope to cover in this listing but I will try. I have about 10 Years worth of restoration pictures and details so if you have any questions please ask. It is very fast and fun to drive. Not sure about fuel economy Because I really don't care on this car. There are a few odds and ends that are not done on it. They are in this list below. I love this car. I cannot go to the store in it without having admirers. Or even leave the garage door open for that matter. I have total strangers come into my garage want to look at it because the saw it when they were driving by.
BODY AND PAINT
All original paint was stripped. All rust removed which was very little. Just your typical spots corner of doors and fenders. A couple of small pinholes in the drivers floor pan. They were easy to fix with the mig welder.
Rotisserie restored.
Full undercarriage stripped.
All seam sealer removed and new seam sealer installed.
Full custom sub frame connector welded To existing frame and floor pan.3 Coats of Epoxy Primer applied.
3 Coats of undercarriage sealer sprayed.
Engine compartment stripped, Firewall flattened out. To support the hydro boost system and hydraulic clutch.Interior sandblasted primed and painted to same color as car.Door Handle and Drip Rails Removed.Remote Door opener system installed. Doors open with a remote.
Hood Hinges converted to a gas springHood latching system is a double latch on each side of the hood instead of one in the center. Used the latching system from an Acura because it is more reliable.Rear quarters were replaced due to damage.
Rear Bumper Tucked and Painted to match.
front bumper still needs tucked and painted. Or just painted. I have a little bit of paint left so it will come with the car.
SUSPENSION AND STEERING
New bushings in rear springs.
Rear springs pulled from a 69 Cougar. In excellent shape so I just cleaned and repainted them.Rack and Pinion steering. This is the J-Car setup. Power rack.
Roller Bearing upper spring perches.Steering column modified to support J-Car rack Setup is similar to the 94 mustangs.
BRAKING
All new Brake lines.4 Wheel disc brake. This is a complete braking system from a 96 Cobra mustang. With the hydro boost power braking system.13" Front Rotors using the brackets from Mustang Steve
DRIVE TRAIN
96 Cobra 8.8" posi rear axle. 3.07 gear ratio.1986 Balanced 5.0 Roller motor with about 6K miles.1996 T5 5 Speed transmission fully rebuilt with new bearings and syncros. About 2K Miles on it.2005 17" Wheels with Pirelli P235-55-ZR17 Tires. About 30% tread left.
FUEL SYSTEM
All new fuel lines.
Fuel tank cleaned and pressure tested.New electric Fuel pump in front of tank.Fuel Pressure regulator in engine compartmentEdlebrock Carburetor.
EXHAUST
All newFull length headersTurbo MufflersX PipeI designed it with a removable center section so you could remove the transmission easily if needed.
ELECTRICAL
Battery in trunk on Passengers side with Circuit Breaker.All wiring replaced Wiring is custom.Power windowsPower Parking brake.
UPS Port for charging phone in center column.Converted gauges to system from a 1995 mustang with White faces.
RPM and SPEED are in the original cluster.
Oil Pressure, Water Temp, Battery Volts, and Fuel level are on a digital display.Switches for the overhead light need installed. The ones that go in the door frame.
Not sure of the condition of the battery.
INTERIOR
Custom center column.New CarpetSeats from a SCION TC.Door panels are custom. They are not completed.
New Headliner.Shoulder belts from a 1996 Mustang retrofitted.No Heater or stereo.
New Dash Pad.
Interior is about 90% Completed. It needs the door panels buttoned up, The package tray done, the rear seat side panels clean up and installed, A Cover made for the area above the rear seat side panels. A few other odds and ends.
GLASS
New windshield.Door glass alignment is not quite right so it will need to be adjusted. Drivers side is bolt in passengers side is glue in. The glue needs to be redone.
All new weatherstripping. Some still needs installed.
Rear window is installed with the new seal but is not glued in yet.
