1941 Ford Pickup Truck. I'm listing this old Ford truck for a non techie senior friend. The truck is just a good old driver with that classic 40's look.
It's not a perfect high dollar show truck. Has it's share of patches and fillers. But still a classic line and that distinctive vintage Ford appeal. All the hard mechanical stuff is done: Later small block Chevy with 4 barrel carb, headers and 700R transmission. It has an S-10 front clip (power steering etc) and a nine inch Ford rear end with 4 wheel disc brakes. It starts easily, has electric fuel pump, and electronicfan. Has new radiator, runs cool. Here are the little things that need attention: No hood latch, fuel tank only holds 8 gallons and is the bed. Interior is dated and needs the Naugahyde re- glued in some places. The cab on these early Fords is small, and the tilt wheel doesn't really swing up enough for a big or tall guy.
Look at the photos they pretty well tell the story. A really nice 40-41 truck like this is twenty five K all day long. And the street rod versions go from 25 to 50. I doubt you would ever find one with this much potential for less than 20K. We are offering this little truck for a Buy it Now price of 14,000

No Pay PalRemember it is a 77 year old body so have realistic expectations. All steel, doors close nice, windows roll up & down, It does have some rust repair. The wheels, and tires are excellent.
The big pluses to this car are: Tilt S-10 steering wheel, no broken glass. .

Someone asked why I don't accept PAY PAL. I had a bad experience with Pay Pal several years ago. I sold a car and the buyer paid with Pay Pal. When I saw that the money was in my account I released the car to the buyer. The next day Pay Pal took the money out of my account and said it was because his credit card was expired.So the car was gone and I had no funds. Eventually it was straightened out, but when I learned Pay Pal could remove money from ones account I decided No More Pay on large ticket items.
