This car has been sitting in my Dad's barn for over 20 years. We just pulled it out to sell it. He and I are both long-time Mustang enthusiasts and never got around to restoring this car. He is now in his 90's and I don't have an interest in taking on the project.
The car was pulled from a field in Nebraska, where it was last on the road in the 70's (last tag on the car has a 1972 registration). I have looked the car over and have described all of the below to the best of my ability, but the car is being sold AS-IS with no warranty. When I say "not rusted" or "no visible rust" I am not accounting for surface rust, and when I say "good" that means in my opinion the component is solid and worth using in a restoration, but may have dents, dings, surface rust or other imperfections.
Torque Boxes - Good - no visible rustFrame Rails - Good -no visible rustDoor Posts - Good -no visible rustTail Light Panel - GoodTrunk pan - GoodBoth Doors - GoodTrunk Lid - Not rustedBoth Front Fenders - I believe they are decent and are usable, but I didn't make a note when I was with the car (see pics)Hood - GoodPassenger side Rocker - Significant rust (car sat in the Nebraska field with the window down) - may need inner & outer rocker replaced (see pics)Floor Pans - needs complete pans both sidesFender Aprons - 2 rust spots on each side at the topWheel Buckets - significant rust - needs at least partial wheel buckets both sidesQuarters - both sides need at least bottom half of quarter panels replaced
Transmission and rear end are included and appear original. No engine.
Clean Florida Title in my name. Car located in Melrose, Florida and needs to be picked up there. Limited ability to help arrange shipping, due to rural location and my Dad's health. You must contact me prior to auction end to arrange anything other than an on site pickup with you loading the car.

Car is sold AS-IS with no warranty. However, if you come to pick it up within 7 days after the end of the auction and do not want it, I will refund the deposit and re-list the car. This only applies for in person pick up within a 7 day window after the auction.
