The auction you are viewing is for a highly sought after super low mileage Ford Bronco XLT.When I got the call that this all original truck was going up for sale I jumped in my car and ran to save it, before someone bought it and made a mud rig out of it. This Bronco still wears the original paint that it left the factory with. We had a few flaws professionally repaired since they are only original once. This is a true survivor. Yes Ford made 33,083 Broncos in 1994, but not many have been preserved as well as this one. We will add more pictures once it gets detailed.
When we went to pick it up we thought we would need to have it towed back, but not the case with this one.The 82 year old owner stated you can get in it and drive it back. We got it back to the shop and evaluated a few things needed to make this one as nice as it could be. We did not want to do a restoration because it was not warranted, this was a cream puff. We did a major tune up on it and it started purring like it was 1994. We checked the air conditioning and unbelievable to us it was cold. The 4 wheel antilock brakes did not seem to have enough pressure so we ordered a complete new set of stainless brake lines, pads, rotors, calipers, drums, wheel cylinders, brake shoes, and new rubber lines and completely overhauled the brakes. We also ordered new stock size Toyo AT 65k mile tires for the truck, they were not on in time for the pictures but will be installed before the auction ends. They will be installed on the factory Alcoa wheels and mounted with new chrome lug nuts. We replaced the exhaust with a factory style exhaust to retain originality once again.
The paint had a very few flaws but was consistent for a 25 yr old vehicle so we sent the Bronco off to have professional paint correction work done. All glass is good and all power functions work as they should. The interior is like you have just stepped out of a time machine. It is very clean and hardly shows wear consistent to the mileage of the Bronco. It even has the factory premium sound cassette player, but an Alpine wired for the premium sound is included with the sale. The Bronco has a few flaws but nothing to the extreme that you would replace and lose the originality of this truck.
