1932 Ford Roadster Pickup hot rod street rod
Description
Up for auction is my 1932 Ford Roadster pickup. The truck was on the cover of the 2000 Snap On Calendar and was built in the 90's. Very low miles on this build. It has a warmed up 1974 corvette 454, Edelbrock Thunder AVS carb. and Edelbrock intake, Shortie style headers, an electronic ignition, TH350 trans, 9" ford rear end with coilovers, four bar front and triangulated four bar rear suspension and 4 wheel disc brakes. The pickup has a 20 gallon tank, Vega steering box & new Cooper tires. The tires that were removed had 1998 date codes on them and still had the nubs. The pickup runs and drives great. I just drove it from Prescott AZ. to Pomona CA. and back. It drove through the desert in June with no problems. Everything on the car works well and it is ready to cruise. The pickup is over 20 years old and although it gets tons of attention while cruising and at car shows, it is not perfect. It has flaws in the paint and interior which make it a perfect "Driver". The body, fenders and grill shell are fiberglass but a nearly perfect representation of the original. No one has ever asked me the question "is it steel?". The only thing it needs is a horn and the wiring is in place and ready. Feel free to ask questions about the pickup. Serious inquiries only. The pickup is priced aggressively and being sold "as is" so there is no warranty implied or given. Thank You.
