Rat Rod 1938 Ford Pickup

A True Rat Rod!
Built by the late legendary high performance engine builder, Earl Gaerte.

J-2 Olds engine & hydro transmission. Engine was completely rebuilt, balanced and blue printed.
Aluminum finned Buick front brakes.
Nine inch Ford rear end and drum brakes.

The completely boxed frame is pressure tight and used for an air tank. A 12V air pump is utilized to pressurize the frame. It has an extremely loud real locomotive air horns.
