Description

Selling my insanely cool 1970 Bronco. Lots of upgrades - power brake booster, power steering (gm canned ham), AX15 5-speed trans, custom 4-point roll cage, Wild Horses heavy duty leaf springs and U- bolts, stainless steel windshield hinge, seat belts, and Holley Sniper fuel injection and ignition, with timing control ;)
Custom bumpers - front has holes for winch as well as tow bar mounts, and I'll include the tow bar and the winch that came with it when I bought it.
Has a newly re-manufactured roller cam 351W from a '90s era F-150, chosen for the roller lifters and one piece rear main seal and oil pan seal. Wild Horses ceramic headers. Less than 700 miles on engine and paint. No leaks, no engine overheating. Consistent 180°.
Rebuilt twin stick transfer case with interlocks removed so each drive shaft can be independent.
Too many other things to list. Runs insanely well. Starts and idles nice and smooth. The Holley Sniper works great, just very different from a carb. You have to let the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds before starting. Easy starts, no stinky exhaust. It does make air sucking noise while warming up and self-adjusting, which normal. Cruises down the highway in 5th gear nice and straight at around 1600-1700 rpms. Has plenty of power but never Dyno tested.
I have the original white hard top but it has not been refinished. Also comes with a Bestop ragtop. But I only ever drove it with no top, as it should be...
The paint was finished in winter of 2017 by a professional, and looks fantastic. It was originally puke-yellow, now beautiful metallic gray. There are a couple small knicks in the paint now. New carpeting with thermal barrier underneath. I ran heavy duty speaker wires under the carpet for future use.
This is NOT a newer vehicle. It's 50 years old. This was not a frame off resto because it wasn't rusty. It rattles. The side mirrors don't stay put, but you can turn your head. It has no air conditioning. (I did install 3 groove V-belt pullies for a future a/c install, but never got around to it.) No adaptive cruise control, no auto-pilot. No iPlug ports or wifi. Just a bada$$ classic truck like no other. Still has original drum brakes because I like them. I did, however, replace every single piece of rubber brake line for safety. I also never put a stereo back into her because I'd rather listen to that V8. I'll include the radio that was installed when I bought the truck - but I'm not re-installing it. It originally had 2 fuel tanks but I removed the front one when I installed the fuel injection, so the front fuel cap is just for show.
Serious buyers please ask questions. Local buyers welcome to come see.
Hate to see her go, but hopefully someone else will drive it more than me. She's not happy locked in a garage.

I realized while I was taking pics that I never put the wipers back on. I will do so before sale.
