We bought this truck from the original owner on a farm in Idaho. The truck spent most of its life hauling hay and sitting in a barn. Doesn't smoke or make any bad noises. It has no problem cruising smooth down the freeway at 80 mph. It's not a rickety rattly old truck; it's a nice quiet ride and everything feels tight. The heater, speedo, gauges, lights and even the old am radio work great. We have used it as our shop truck, running errands, pulling our car hauler trailer around, and we have even hauled the boat to the lake and up in the mountains camping. But let's get a few things straight...This is an old classic. There's no cruise control, no GPS or fancy computer stuff. You actually have to put a little more effort into adjusting the seat than just pushing a little button, and you crank a funny knob around in circles to make the windows go up and down. There's no magic reminder to tell you that you should change the oil, if you have a low tire, or if you forgot to put gas in the tank.
