I will try to describe the process of this restoratio/modificaton the truck is a Washington rust free frame and body with a custom made steel dump flat deck topped with an electric pump 40 gal diesel tidy tank,new rear springs with air bags and bilstein shocks all new brake shoes,spring kit and drums,frame was sanded then coated with a factory finish e/coat black, new reconditioned ZF 5 speed with a 600HP dual friction clutch/p plate and new flywheel,79 1 ton king pin high steer dana 60 fully rebuilt,after market 17"custom wheels with firestone destination mt 35s, 94 12V P Pump cummins with 144000 miles resealed with new gaskets rings,bearings with a high volume bus oil pan holds a lot of oil,the engine was topped off with a brand new cummins old stock casting cylinder head not rebuilt or aftermarket genuine new cummins $$$$$$ with 60lb exhaust springs,BD diesel 300HP P Pump with new not rebuilt 45HP injectors 3000 gov springs KDP done at engine reseal,Holset turbo pushing 35 psi boost on demand,Pack brake exhaust brake with a full 4" system with resinator muffler to 4" truck stacks,The vaccuum pump is re sealed with an aftermarket borgeson high performance pump moves the big tires with no effort,engine is fed air through a huge 6ltr ford intercooler takes up the full front of the truck it's huge rad support was mint finished with the E/Coat paint and new mounting kit from LMC truck,new steering box was installed no leaks or play drives and feels better then a new truck,the cab has the dyna mat intalled very quiet in the cab,carpet,seats were sourced out of a 1996 very low mile f 250 they are in mint as new condition with the drivers seat being the 6 way electric udjustment,over head console with light switches and the tidy tank electric pump switch,2 gauge pillar pod for boost and egt which never goes above 1100,dash is equipped with stock instrument cluster everything functions as original and looks ne, sound comes from an alpine head unit through a full set of kicker speakers and hard wired stand alone slim sub under the rear seat,new windshield,door glass and all new weather stripping everywhere there's a lot of other detail stuff you can't see but too much to describe here,This truck is almost new from front to back and everything in between the look and feel of this truck is awesome the drive is another world altogether compared to your average 4x4 truck total beast smooth and tight to drive.I hope this gives you an idea of the kind of $$$$ and effort that went in to this build/restoration so you can bid with confidence to own this unique OBS 4X4 FORD.
please note truck is not lifted it has a shackle reversal kit installed with min 2" taller ryde height over stock and you can level the ryde with the air bags but i like the look of a dragging rear end look it looks like it's doin 100 standing still.
