Mint restored 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL Convertible. It is a factory Z-Code car. It has been upgraded with a real-deal 427/425 horsepower side oiler engine that is fully rebuilt and detailed.

The car was a beautiful original car and was restored to the highest standards at a cost far exceeding my asking price. The final piece was the installation of a freshly rebuilt and fully detailed 427 cubic inch 425 horsepower side-oiler competition motor. Only ten were originally built and if one came to market today, it would sell for nearly a million dollars.

The result on this car is breathtaking. Every panel is perfect, the paint mint, all of the chrome and trim is brand new in appearance. The fit and finish far exceeds factory standards and the undercarriage is restored to the same standard with a mirror finish.

The interior is nearly perfect with only very slight wear on the driver’s seat noted. The engine alone is worth $25,000.
