Description

Georgia did not issue titles until 1963, so this does not have a title. Bonded titles aren't issued in Georgia for vehicles made before 1985. There may be other states that issue a title. I have no idea. This truck is registered in Georgia, has a license plate, and is insured and driven. I don't have any idea as to whether the odometer is accurate. I am 48-years-old. This truck is 70. Assume it is not correct. Recent engine rebuild.
This is a 70-year-old truck so it ain’t perfect. Runs and drives and stops. Needs a windshield wiper. Doors open and close as they should. Windows go up and down as they should. Front tires are pretty worn but the back have plenty of tread. If you want speed you will want to swap the tranny because this one is geared low for torque. It is not comfortable to drive more than maybe 35mph with the current ratio. This was a work truck...a powerhouse...a beast. Made to pull and haul not race. So, again, unless you swap the tranny, prepare for very slow in-town rides. The only thing not made great again is the interior upholstery. The roof is in perfect shape but it just has no headliner...pretty metal. I thought about painting it white for looks but I just haven’t gotten around to it. I posted a couple of videos that show me driving the old truck. Hopefully they open in your app...if not, contact me and I will send to you. First one is here:https://youtu.be/8p75jeru-DQ. The second one is here:https://youtu.be/_rBfNFqkc_k. If you are local, you can check it out in person at Backwoods Armory in Brooklet, Georgia.
