1964 Ford Fairlane Sports Coupe We are presenting this 64 Fairlane Sports Coupe. This is a very desirable body style and popular among the hot rod crowd. This car has a great running 289, with a 4 speed manual transmission. The front of the dash appears to be original and is showing it's age. There is some wear around the gauges. The top of the dash looks good. The seats and door panels look good as well. The door tag shows that the car is a real Sports Coupe. It was however an automatic Cruise-O-Matic from the factory and was Raven black. The tires are all new on the car including the spare. There are air shocks on therear with the fill valve located in the trunk. The engine compartment is nicely detailed. The 289 V-8 runs strong and has not had any issues since we received the car. There are no leaks and it starts every time. There has been an aluminum radiator installed. The chrome and stainless trim are in good condition. The undercarriage is solid. We didn't see any rust. There has been some undercoating and some paint put on it, bit it seems to be solid. The dual exhausts give this car an awesome sound. An electric fuel pump has been added.
