Description

Hey to avid Hot Rod lovers & aficionados, along w/ the 1932, 1940, Fords, the 1935 Ford Coupe will always be close to the top of the list as one of the most desirable body styles ever created in an American automobile factory. The body lines and overall flow of the car is just so aesthetically perfect, which was dutifully noted by Street Rod builders very early on.
I am is very proud to offer you this one-of-a-kind, professionally built, rotisserie restored 1935 Ford 3-Window Coupe! This vehicle is an absolute show-stopper folks! The builder create what he perceived to be the ultimate 1935 Ford Coupe Street Rod, and let me be the first to say that he absolutely hit it out of the park! The project started out w/ a real Henry Ford steel ’35 Ford 3-Window Coupe that that owner builder got to work stripping the entire body down to bare metal, and performing modifications that would set the car apart from most ’35 Ford Coupes that you will see out there. Features include: a 3" chopped top, smoothed 16-gauge steel running boards, double-insulated firewall, 1935 Ford headlights, 1935 led taillight horns, relocated gas filler cap to inside trunk area and flash mounted fuel door, etc., and the entire car was put back together using stainless steel nuts & bolts. The gorgeous paint job consists of a Silver base coat/clear coat on the fenders & running boards, and finish on the rest of the body w/ a glossy firewall. The brand of paint is is one of the highest-quality products on the market today. It is one of the most beautiful paint jobs that I have ever seen on a Hot Rod, period. This was a complete nut & bolt rotisserie restoration, so the undercarriage/chassis is as beautiful as the topside of the car. Finished in a glossy silver base coat clear coat paint, chassis features include: Heidts-Super-ride front suspension with power disk brakes, tubular upper and lower A-arms leaf spring in rear suspension for a soft ride, chrome shocks, custom stainless-steel exhaust system w/ Flowmaster mufflers with electric cut outs, 9” Ford rear-end w/ 3.55 gears, etc. The rear axle & driveshaft are finished in matching body color, which really pops against the glossy floors & frame. Please look closely at the undercarriage photos to see how much attention to detail was put into this gorgeous Coupe. She also has the perfect stance, sitting on 16” American Racing wheels in front w/ 17" in rear and radial tires. You can walk around this car a hundred times and you will not find a bad angle. Pure ‘Eye-Candy’ is the best way to describe it. Open the driver’s door and you will find an absolutely gorgeous custom tan leather and suede interior w/ features that include: tan leather adjustable low-back bucket seats with seat belts, matching tan leather door panels with storage pockets, suede headliner & rear package tray and compartment area, silver dashboard w/ full set of Classic Instruments white-face gauges, chrome Flaming River steering column with tilt w/ a wrapped billet 3-spoke steering wheel, Vintage AC/Heat Lokar 24” shifter w/ skull shift knob, chrome pedals, power door windows, roll down rear window,3rd brake light original crank-open windshield and custom high end sound system including CD-remote-control receiver, 6” coaxial speakers in the kick panels, (2) 6 triaxial speakers in the rear deck. Besides being absolutely beautiful, the custom interior is extremely comfortable and highly functional in every way. All of the electrical components, gauges, lights, blinkers, etc. work perfectly and the sound system is amazing! The trunk compartment that is beautifully finished in matching tan leather & suede with carpeting. Now, let’s get to the heart of this amazing Street Rod, shall we?
This gorgeous Ford Coupe is powered by dual carburetors small block Chevy 400 V-8 motor built by a professional, engine specialist. Features include: polished aluminum intake, Edelbrock carburetors, chrome alternator & alternator bracket, Walker aluminum radiator w/ thermostat controlled spal fan, and lots polished & chrome components everywhere that meets the eye. This 1935 3 window coupe is an absolute show-piece, and everyone who sees it stands there w/ their jaw on the floor - but the best thing about it is the way it runs & performs. The motor is linked to 700r4 transmission, which feeds power to the Ford 9” rear-end w/ 3.55 gears. She fires up instantly w/ the flick of the wrist and idles nice & smooth, but when it’s time to go, she GOES! Chevy 400 small block motors are not really known for their overwhelming power, but this particular motor absolutely blew my mind when I drove the car! She is super-quick & highly responsive in every way! The 700r4 transmission shifts as smooth as silk through all 4 gears w/ no hangups or chunkiness whats so ever. Another aspect that absolutely amazed me was how smoothly the car drives w/ no vibrations, rattles or unwanted noises. You can take your hands off of the steering wheel @ 70 mph and she tracks straight & true down the road. It is one of the finest driving Hot Rods that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
This is a professionally built, high-end street rod that will pull down First Place awards at any national level event that you decide to enter, but it can also be driven and enjoyed to the fullest. When you factor in the no-expense spared nut & bolt rotisserie restoration, the gorgeous color, the luxurious tan leather & suede interior, and the highly-desirable 400 Chevy small block V8 motor, you would be hard pressed to find a finer example of a 1935 Ford 3-Window Coupe anywhere @ any price! Feel free to call or text if you have any questions or concerns on the car! I might take a part trade on a high end 1969 Z/28 Camaro or a high end 1966 Chevelle SS 396 4 speed. THANKS FOR LOOKING AT MY AUCTION!!!! )))207-807-6722(((
