1935 Ford Deluxe Phaeton Convertible
Description
Finished in original Vineyard Green with saddle brown interior. The paint is excellent show quality. All of the chrome and stainless trim is also excellent. The seats, door panels, and top were all professionally done using Lebaron Bonney interiors. It's powered by a completely rebuilt 59A-B (100HP), and a Patrick's Hi-Speed rear end, which makes it very enjoyable to drive at todays speeds. The shocks were upgraded to cylindrical hydraulics giving it a more comfortable and stable ride. It has an all new wire harness which has been converted to 12 volt, with an alternator and electronic ignition. It starts at the mere touch of the starter button. Turn signals and modern gauges were added, along with an electric fan. Other accessories include the rare original heart shaped wiper motor, banjo steering wheel, rear trunk rack, correct left and right side view mirrors, front and rear bumper guards, front grill guard, and Ford fog lights which now serve as the front turn signals. Everything works, and all of the lights are bright. This car also comes with the very rare "Wind Wings" option made by Wall Mfg. in Philadelphia, PA. Previously owned by Joe Bortz Automotive Collection of Dream Car fame. The complete restoration took over 2 1/2 years, and the quality speaks for itself. No expense has been spared on this car! You will not likely find a better one anywhere. For more information please call Ron at 573-701-3844.
