This automobile in this auction will not be transported until the auction as a whole is completed.

All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility including claims arising from shipping damage. Further, I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves my possession.

I am not affiliated with any carrier so....any and all claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles are between you and the "Carrier" and not with me.

Payment to me the Seller

If in person - I will accept a LOCAL cashiers’ check, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. There is NO FINANCING on my part for this auction.

I am not a car dealer - accordingly - I will not charge for "Documentation Fees." You the buyer will be responsible for paying applicable sales tax, DMV fees and registration fees for State the vehicle will be registered in.

I do not know what the applicable taxes are in your home state - but you are responsible for paying them as well.

You the Buyer will send to me the Seller 500.00 via PayPal as the deposit towards the final payment which will be due within seven days of the close of this auction in a way as described above.

You the Buyer agree that this deposit is non-refundable.
