Description

1971 Ford Bronco. Great driver. It's not a full restoration or anything like that, but no rust and a very solid Bronco. I've included a couple undercarriage pics too. The previous owner took pretty good care of this and painted it a newer Ford Blue. It looks sharp with the white wheels, flares and top. I drove it in the summer really only (although the motor starts great in the cold, I just drove it a bit today) and it doesn't have a heater hooked up anymore. There's a jumper hose bypassing it on the water pump. The motor is really healthy and the previous owner had it rebuilt. It has plenty of power, much more than my other Bronco with a stock 302 had. It's also got brand new exhaust that I had put on when I bought it. Also got a brand new Wilwood master cylinder which really helped it stop better. It has an HEI distributor, electric fans and an Optima battery. Tires have plenty of tread. The undercarriage, body tub and frame were all coated in POR15 by the previous owner. It's held up really well and there's no sign of any rust at all. Bodywork was all good and you can put a magnet on it and you won't find a bunch of bondo. The only exterior gripe would be a ding on the top of the hardtop, which I took a picture of which is included in this listing.
The interior has 70's high back Mustang vinyl seats that are in perfect condition as well as a brand new rear flip and fold seat. The driver's seat is the only seat with a seatbelt. My only gripe with this Bronco is the dash, it's got an older digital dash, which works but it's a little aged for my tastes. It also has a switch setup with a push button start. I do have and will include a steel dash overlay & regular keyed ignition switch which could replace the diamond plate and push button if the new buyer chooses. I won't have time to do that as I'm selling it to help fund a frame off nut and bolt restoration of my other Bronco which is getting a Coyote swap and all kinds of other goodies. It would be a great Bronco for someone who wants to get into a early Bronco at an affordable price seeing as these have gone through the roof on value in recent years. It does need a few little things here and there, but it's a great driver and we took it out and around town quite a bit the last two summers.
