The vehicle runs great.Seller's Notes1970 Torino Cobra, J code, 429 super cobra jet, close ratio 4 speed, 3.91 traction lock, drag pak. nice original interior, older restoration that presents very well. Runs strong. 23,000 miles. Engine and transmission rebuilt about 100 miles ago.Original parts include, interior which is very nice, engine is numbers matching, transmission and rear are correct. The car has the very rare original SCJ shaker assembly, correct exhaust manifolds, bell housing, and radiator. I have an extra dual point distributor, smog tube, water tube, oil cooler block adapter and oil cooler brackets. For the purist theSCJ specific parts missing included the Holley 780 carb, carter fuel pump, smog pump, rev limiter, oil cooler and lines. Oil cooler and lines are reproduced and cost around 1k. The car is a high quality driver as it sits. Not perfect but nice. Runs strong. The Kelsey Hayes wheels and Firestone tires look great but tires are bias ply and don’t ride well. I have 15x7 magnums with nice radial tires if desired. Keep in mind a 4 speed drag pak car rarely comes available under 50k. They are usually 60k #. This is a very nice example that can be driven as it sits. The price deflects the missing parts. Reduced to $48,000. Partial trades considered. Thank you.
