1938 Ford Truck Express Rat Rod Hot Rod

I have for sale a RARE 1938 Ford Express Pickup Truck, It is a 1 Ton truck, however it has single wheels in back, Has original V8 Flathead and is NOT stuck, engine turns over by hand, rolls good steers good, does not have functioning brakes, has couple rusted out spots on the bed sides up front down low, a couple spots on the front cowl on both sides, has original manual transmission and works through all the gears very well, truck still has the original bed wood in it and someone installed a steel bed floor bottom into it covering up the wood floor, truck is 95% complete and is the way I bought it, it does have the typical dents and dings and areas where people has welded braces to it and have done homemade repairs to it. Doors are solid, floors need the original wood toe boards or you can replace with steel boards. Missing passenger door glass...
I have a clean and clear Kansas Title with the proper frame VIN on the title!!!
I was going to shorten the bed 8" or so and chop the top 3" and slam it on the ground with a big block but I have too many projects at this time, this truck would make a really Bitchin rat rod or hot rod!!! The silver truck in the pics is what this truck would look like customized.

I know the pics are a little though to see the detail, fenders are a little rough, not to bad though, dents, dings and welded up areas, this is a great project if you know how to work with metal...please ask any questions you might have before bidding, if there is a specific area you would like a pic of, let me know and I can get it for you...
