1967 Ford Fairlane 500 Convertible
This is my Ford Fairlane, I am not a dealer, broker, flipper, consignor. I can answer any and all questions because I am the owner, driver, maintainer!
I have owned it a very long time and it has been garaged it's entire life!
The paperwork is clear, in hand, in my name and ready for immediate transfer. I have a clear Florida title.
1967 Fairlane convertible with the original 289 and automatic transmission. The car has a power top that operates from the original switch on the dash.
The car is a pleasure to drive, whether on the interstate or cruising the scenic back roads. The car has a column shift and a bench seat as well.
I would classify this as a survivor car with everything being original except it did have a repaint within the last 5 years. And the white top was also replaced then.
There are no holes or slashes in the top.
The car has the original, rock solid and rust free floors, still with factory paint, as well as thetrunk being rust and rot free.
The doors open and close smoothly and do NOT drop or sag when opened.
It has been pampered and well looked after it's entire life. The car has 4 wheel drum with a dual master cylinder, 67 was the first year for the dual master.
It has new wheels and tires. The rear leaf springs were removed and new leafs were installed, giving it the stance it has now. It can easily handle 4 adults
without the rear tires rubbing. The original Automatic transmission was rebuilt a few hundred miles ago.
* The entire brake system was rebuilt, Shoes, drums, wheel cylinder, rubber hoses, hardware, master etc.
