Description

1951 Ford Custom 2 door Sedan.Original and nice running and driving Flathead V-8, 3 Speed Manual Overdrive transmission.Clutch is good and the brakes work as they should. She has 65,326on theOdometer but when I titled it I put the wrong millage down so itstates 69,322. It is titled as "Actual, and I do have quite a bit of paperwork with the car.At some point a previous owner put a 1949 Front end on her and '49 taillights too.The grille and Bumpers are in excellent overall condition.Old School Wide Whites still look good and hold air, but are pretty old.Dig the old Visor over the windshield, you just don't see these much anymore.Very decent Chrome and trim.Good Upholstery, Nice headliner. As you can see in the pictures, the door glass on the right side is broken. Still in place though. There is a Stain on the Carpet just behind the front seat but It can be replaced with new for $160.00.The paint does have a shine but it is cracking and peeling in several areas. It is obviously an old paintjob and should be redone. The original trunk coating is still there! for the most part this car in in exceptional unmolested condition. Take a look at the pictures underneath, this is not a rusty car.My original intention was Flat Black with Flames, full on RatRod Treatment.(I thinkshe would be BadAss like that). And who doesn't love the sound of Flathead V-8! You could use her as she is, or just consider it a blank canvas for your own desires, but if you decide to RatRod her, please don't tease me with the after pictures, as I might wish I had kept her!
I have too many other projects ongoing, lack of indoor storage space is forcing the sale.
True "No Reserve" Auction. High Bidder at the end owns her. Please take the bidding process as seriously as I do.
Your questions are welcome, I will answer them in a timely fashion and to the best of my knowledge and abilities.
