1994 Ford SVT Mustang Cobra - low miles

Ebay cancelled this listing due to a complaint that the car does not have a clear title. the car is half the price of a dealer offering. The car came into Utah with a clear Oklahoma title and now has a clear Utah title. This car is awesome! Will bring a smile to any Ford lover. Sounds and runs very very good!! A very nice car with low miles showing. Starts first time every time with a twist of the key in the ignition. Purchased recently and will not pass Utah emissions due to modifications by previous owner(s). This SVT Cobra runs great, shifts great, stops great. BUT there has beenmodifications to the engine that will not allow it to pass strict emissions in Utah (although previous owner in Utah managed to do it). As far as we can tell car has been cammed (hotter than a E303), throttle body replaced with larger unit, headers, high flow cats, flowmaster mufflers, shock tower brace, frame connectors, 4:56 (?) gears in the 8.8 positraction rear, Pro 5.0 shifter (or similar) and most of all has a high end tune with the computer modifications with the EGR and O2 recirc bypassed in the programming and idle speed is near 1100 rpm or so to compensate for the cam. Both the check engine light and the ABS light come on after a short drive and that stops it from passing EM test. No rust anywhere we can see or know of. This car has no sign of damage - all body and door seams are straight and build tags on the fenders and doors and trunk lid, no rust on under carriage bolts or interior smells from water damage, thoughts are it was a theft recovery (?). No damage can be seen above or below the car, other than the hood has been replaced by a fiberglass one. With this car on a ramp and a brush and some cleaner the bottom of this car could look as new as the day it came off the dealer showroom. Car is being sold as is, and where is, and is being listed locally so if you want it let me know. Bring cash or wired funds only.
