Description

Up for bids is my 1951 Ford Country Squirein its original condition including paint, wood and glass. It is missing the engine and transmission but the rear end is in it.The wood is dried out and not salvageable. That said, the car is very complete including all of the hard to find inside and outside stainless steel trim, brackets and hardware specific to the Woodie Wagon. The fenders, quarters, both tailgates and rockers are solid, but the floor needs patchwork. Both tailgates open and close as they should and lock. The bodyhas the painted sheet metal inserts so the wood kit will cost much less thanones that havemahogany inserts.

This caris from the dry desert area of central Oregon. The body is straight with one crease on the right quarter andno repair work has been done to it. The drip rails are straight with no rust outs. One spot the size of a quarter is in the roof. The stainless is in great condition and notbent or scratched up.It appears that the car sat under shelter for many years with the nose exposed to the elements. The grille and one parking light housing is rusted through. I have purchased extra parts for the front (nice grille, parking light housing, spare tire carrier, optional passenger side tail light, etc.) thatwill beincluded in this sale.Clear Oregon title with both matching Oregon plates.

This restorationprojectis about as complete as they come. I try to describe my listings in detailso there are no surprises to the buyer or later to me. I have listed the maximum photos with clear and close up shots. Please look atthemandaskquestions if anything is unclear. I also encourage perspective buyers to personally view the car if they can to see exactly what they are getting.

Buyer is responsible for transportation of the car, I can assist in loading it onto a trailer. Thanks for looking.
