1964 Thunderbird Coupe

Very nice example of a 1964 Thunderbird that i restored for my customer three years ago 390 engine was bored .030 over heads done with hardened seats and bronze guide, transmission and rear axle gone through also . All new brake, 2.5 inch dual exhaust with stainless magnaflow mufflers has a nice mellow sound. New steering gea, fuel tank and sender, reproduction AGM battery, windshield,every body gasket replace, many dollars spent on rechroming including each grille bar and tailight bezels which were originally anodized so they really pop now. Bumpers and guards rechrome, valve covers and air cleaner also and all high quality show chrome .Exterior was strippe, epoxy primed and painted with ppg basecoat original chantilly beige poly and then cleare, wetsanded and buffed body is really nice . Interior is mostly original all we did was clean it and install a new carpet and a quartz clock movement. Tilt away steering was rebuilt .The wheels and tires are also new cost approx. $250, less than 500 miles on this complete restoration.This is a one family owned vehicle and is being listed for the estate original miles showing are 69,756 and much of the engine/transmission work we had to do was due to mothers crooked mechanic not servicing it and charging her for it .
