SHORT DESCRIPTION: The poppy red paint is very good, the black interior nice, the convertible top looks like new to me, the chrome is real nice, the 6 cyclinder engine runs sweet and has good power, the 3 speed manual transmission is good, the brakes stop good, the car drives good with power steering.

OVER 70 PICTURES BELOW, JUST SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THEM ALL.

VIN is 6F08T738781 and we have a clear Tennessee title in hand.

HISTORY OF THE CAR: I can not tell you much, here is what I know. A older man brought the car to a big car show in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee last week. He said he was too old to get in and out of the Mustang. We bought the car and fixed a few things and put it for sale.

HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it good! The car is straight when you look down the sides, the paint shines real nice, I see no dents, I see no rust bubbles or dings. Ford calls this color poppy red, it is a Mustang color, but they named it wrong, it looks more like hugger orange to me.

HOW IS THE CONVERTIBLE TOP? It is good, it is power operated, I see no holes or tears and it is "not" dried out. Its a good top and the plastic rear window is good. My pictures show some wrinkles, this is because it was down and put it up for pictures, they will go away in the hot sun. The boot cover is brand new.

HOW IS THE INTERIOR? No cracks in the dash pad, carpet is nice, door panels good, the seat cover have no holes and is still soft, but they do have some wrinkles that could be pulled tighter.

HOW IS THE CHROME? Good every where, the worst thing I see is the top of the trunk key bezel is dull. Bummpers and emblems are very good.

HOW IS THE GLASS? All 4 windows roll up and down fine, I see no stone chips in the windshield, no milky edges, I see a very minor faint wiper mark.

HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a good running in-line 6 cyclinder. I hear no knocks, no rattles and see no blue smoke. It does have plenty of power for driving with the traffic. If this was a 289 car you would be paying a lot more.

HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a 3 speed manual, I think it shifts good, past owner said it had a new clutch and pressure plate.

HOW ARE THE TIRES? Good tread left on radial 14 inch tires. I fell a little in-balance at about 55 MPH.

HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!

BRAKE LIGHTS WORK! TURN SIGNALS WORK!

SPEEDOMETER WORKS! GAS GAUGE WORKS!

OIL PRESSURE GUAGE WORKS, it in a pod under the dash. Its a Old School thing about putting a gauge with numbers.

WIPERS WORK! HEATER BLOWER WORK!

HOW IS THE UNDER SIDE? Its a old car, its not detailed beautiful. Some floor bottoms have been replaced with flat metal andsome other flat metal patches. It works and is much better than rubbing thick under coating to hide rust. It is not beautiful, but I see nothing that I consider a problem. Its a repair for rust, these old car were not treated to stop rust on the bottom, they rust and people make repairs.

DOES THE COWL LEAK ON THIS CAR? I ran water in it to see and saw no leakes.

WHAT DO YOU THING ABOUT THE CAR? I think it looks good, I think it drives and stops good. I thing it has plenty of power, it will drive at interstate speeds. I think you can get a better car, but it will be hard for the price.

WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303.
