Description

You are looking at a Timeless Hard Core Chopped and Channeled Hot Rod! This 1939 Ford Pickup has the right "Kustom Kulture Look".
It starts, stops, and drives extremely well, with tons of power. It has a fully built 351 Windsor V8 Motor mated to a C4 automatic transmission with a stall converter. Gear selection is made with a tall Hurst shiffter. Many upgrades like the Edelbrock 4brl Carburetor, 12V wiring harness and alternator, Finned Aluminum Ford Valve covers. Shot Gun Straight Pipe exhaust that exit just in front of the doors, Sound awesome! Mustang radiator with a electric push fan to keep this Hot Rod running Cool.
The all Steel body and Bed is straight and solid overall, that said there are visible dents and some bullet holes. Shot in Hot Rod Flatz Green. It has been chopped with the perfect 4.5 inches taken out and channeled 4 inches. Working tailgate and doors that open and shut with bear claw latches. Door bottoms could use patch (see pics) Original 39 Ford Commercial Grill flows seamlessly with the body lines. Windshield only, no back window or side windows.
The interior dash is done in two-tone flake patterns Sour Apple and Gold Candy with a very comfortable Navigator leather seat with a Mexican Blanket to match (see pics). Black Carpet Rubber floor Mats over the steel floor. Vintage 60's 3 spoke steering wheel mated to a 56 Ford F100 column and box, 3 Classic American Gauges, and steel dash. The original Guide Sealed Beam headlights, Bobber tail lights work as they should.
A lowered ride with Custom built Boxed Ford chassis made from 2" x 4" x .125 wall and with All American Steel from the cab back. 4 link and coils on the 8.8 Posi rear end . Up front we have a dropped tube Axel with Pete and Jake suicide steering, shorty shocks, Mustang Ford spindles with disc brakes. The open drive line has a new drive shaft. 6.00 16" Firestone Wide White Wall tires in the front, 7.00 16" Firestone Wide White Wall tires in the rear with White walls turned in for that commercial look. 16" Plymouth Smoothie rims with bullet lugs. Under floor brake booster, dual master stops very well. 10 Gallon Gas Tank and battery concealed under the custom wood bed.
This Truck has many new and upgraded parts, Lots of accessories and kustom pieces. This Hot Rod is titled and Registered as a 1939 Ford Pickup with a clear title and a visible vin#. Great for Business Advertisement, must see to appreciate!!!
This Pickup is for someone to just enjoy as a driver or take it to shows it's not perfect it's not a trailer queen by any means but it's a cool old truck and there are not many like this around.
