Description

For your consideration I have a nice 84 turbocoupe with an amazing 68,880 original miles. I purchased this car from the estate of the original owner where it was put in storage in 2003 when the original owner passed away. The car is for the most part original and unmolested, retaining all of its original goodies that are usually missing on these cars ( fog lights and covers, radio, sunroof bag etc). The car recieved a new fuel system from front to rear, all the injectors, filters, sending unit, pumpand tank were replaced as well as the battery to bring this bird back to life. The car runs very well, goes down the road well with its automatic transmission and brakes operating as they should. The car appears to have a new condenser but ac has no charge and the grill is incorrect for this year so i presume it may of had very minor damage at one time in that area, bumper and radiator support show no damage so my guess is something took out the original grill and condenser, also there is a dent in the hood in that area too that is pictured. The body is in good condition for the year paint still shines nice and rust spots are minimal but there are a number of dings on it here and there that don't show well in pictures plus some rust in the rear window area, I removed the molding to photo the rust which is only surface no holes. The wheels are in nice shape but the tires will need replacing due to dry rot. The interior is amazing and is the nicest part of this car in my opinion only one seat ribbon is showing wear the rest looks almost new and was obviously very well cared for. The undercarriage is OK there is no rust through or very soft spots but it does have surface rust on it more so towards the rear. The only things that will need attention are rs window will need a plastic gear kit soon, low washer light is on while fluid is full, and the tires. Basically this is a nice car that is becoming collectible that needs very minor attention to be enjoyed again as I have numerous other classic cars and don't see myself using this one as I have a nice 85 as well. ALSO I have owned a lot of these cars and winning bidder is welcome to buy at very reasonable prices spare parts for this car if desired, some of these parts include a full 5 speed conversion set up, 87-88 ram air hood, 10 hole rims and intercooler set up plus much more. Feel free to ask questions and happy bidding
