OK!!! You are bidding on my 1988 Ford Mustang GT Convertible out of my private collection. The Fox Body Mustangs from 1987 through 1993 are always highly sought after and going to keepincreasing in value tremendously going forward as they have over the past few years. This particular Mustang had acelebrity ownership as its first ownerand with only 13,000 originalmiles makes it one of if not the rarest survivors in the world. In addition, this car has never been in the rain.... that's correct... NEVER BEEN IN THE RAIN!!!!
HISTORYThis Mustang was purchased by Bob Evans personally, the restaurant guy, in 1988 for use by Bob Evans Restaurants in Holiday parades. It was sold to his close friend (an older lady)in the late 1990's where it sat in a private collection until she sold it to one ofher close friends (the 80 year old gentleman whom I bought it from this year (2016)) in April of 2001. As stated earlier the car has only been driven about 450 miles per year, always garaged kept and has never been in the rain.This car is NOT the type of car you buy to drive around and use... This is a weekend/investmenttoy that you take out on nice pretty days that goes back into your collection in the evenings.This car is in absolutely perfect condition and underneath looks like it rolled off the assembly line... yes... I'm not kidding. NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT... this body is perfect!!!! It has the original top on it also proving how well maintained this car is and always has been. I will repeat myself again. You can buy another Fox Body 1987 through 1993 Ford Mustang GT Convertible for much much much much cheaper if you want a driver or a pretend survivor, however, if you want a true survivor that has never been abused... never been driven in the rain or in the rain.... in absolute perfect condition then this is your car. Don't let this opportunity pass you by as there will never be another one like this again.... !!!!! This car will do nothing but go up in value. I only collect the finest examples of vehicles as I don't waste my time with sub-par vehicles. All of the aftermarket items can be removed with ease if you do not want to have them on the vehicle. It is not that big of a deal and it DOES NOT hurt the value of the vehicle in any way. I will entertain ALL REASONABLE OFFERS..... again... the key word is REASONABLE ... please do not waste my time with low ball offers... I know what this car is worth and it is priced right to sell to another good home and collection. ALSO.... please have your money in order to purchase... I am not a bank and do not provide funding.... also.... please do not bid on this car if you do not intend to or cannot buy it.... that's not kind or fair.
