Description

64 F100 Turns a lot of heads for sure. This truck has a 350 Chevy motor in it, 700r automatic transmission, s10 rearend, newer f150 fuel tank under bed metal. Rear frame has been C notched to lower the truck, bed was cut out and old barn tin put on an aluminum frame to accommodate the Mickey Thompson street radials. Front end is still old straight axle with springs on bottom side of axle and lowering blocks. Truck is pretty low and rides like a lowered truck, but really isnt too bad at all. Still has shocks on it so.
THE MOTOR.. is in excellent shape. Wieand Intake, ceramic headers going straight out the fenders, do have small mufflers on the ends. Double hump heads, Large Holly Demon double pump carb (really too big for the truck, trys flood out if just putting around sometimes). Aluminum radiator, newer battery, new coil, clear distributor cap. Motor cranks right up, doesn't smoke, holds good pressure and doesn't over heat.
Interior...Inside has bucket seats, two aftermarket gauges in the dash, oil pressure and heat gauge. Rest of gauges do not work. Chain hoist handle for a shifter with ammo can for a boot. One side vent glass is busted out, frame is out but is included. All other glass is original, windshield has a rock chip or two but nothing major
This truck is pretty solid but is not rust free. I tried to picture all the rust i saw. Floor pan has a little, the steps when you open the doors are perfect. Both rear qrts behind the wheels have tiny little holes, when open passenger and drivers door in the door frame of truck their is a little rust. Thats about it on rust. Hood has some dings as does the tail gate. We scuffed and cleared this truck. Used professional high quality clear coat. WHere the truck was smooth it is smooth, where it was pitted with surface rust it isn't smooth. Headlights, tail lights, brake lights work. You can drive this truck anywhere. Exhaust is a little loud but not deafening by any means. It is still straight axle and drives as such. Just a good Shop truck style truck. Cannot drive it without getting attention, can't get gas without everyone wanting to look at it. Is it a show winner??? Maybe if they have a rat rod class! Otherwise NO.Ask any questions you may have. Can take any pics you need. Welcome to call or txt 10am-10pm central time please. Truck is sold AS IS. Bill of sale only. Alabama does not title Vehicles older than 35years. Thanks for looking and good luck! Reserve is low for the work done to this truck so bid to win! IF you have 0 feedback please contact before bidding.
