1969 GMC Truck Classic Truck
Description
This is a great example of a survivor 1969 GMC C/10 1500 long bed truck. Literally pulled from the high desert and gone through mechanically to run strong. Great Patina finish on original paint. There is a hardly a dent on this body and for the year comes as straight as you can find. Totally unmolested. Cosmetic flaws on truck are both rocker panels will need to be replaced. There are two sets of mirror holes on both doors where someone has moved mirrors from original position. Also there is a small hole on the back of cab in the bed where something went through. Floors are solid with a tough of surface rust. Truck will need new seat cover and dash pad. I drive this truck and it runs great. The 350 V8 engine is not the original engine. It came with a V6 and the motor was replaced with rebuilt 350 with 40k current miles. Suspension needs new bushings and shocks as it hasn't been replaced since 1969 but truck runs straight. New spark plugs, timing, valve gaskets, heater core, radiator, hoses, oil change, have been done on this vehicle. Two barrel carburetor has been rebuilt and gone through. Needs interior work. You will not find a better body for a restoration. Or with a little love a fantastic classic to drive. Truck even has original GMC wheel covers. I also have maintenance records for Truck.
