1964 gmc 3/4 ton 4x4 not a Chevy C10 1965 1966

Up for bid is my 1964 GMC 3/4 ton factory 4x4. It spent most of it's life on a hunting guide ranch here in Idaho. It was used, but not abused. It runs and drives really good. It has new drivelines front and rear, all new rear brakes including drums and a new master cylinder. This was all done professionally at Les Schwab Tires. While there, it also got new trunion bearings in the drivers front. The front brakes checked out good. The engine fires right up and runs smoothly with no funny noises or smoke. The truck drives and stops straight. The windows all roll up and down smoothly. The heater controls need new arms, but work with whats on there.

If restoring is on your mind, the truck will need new fenders due to rust. The rockers on both sides should be replaced as well as some small patches on the doors, drivers floor and drivers rear wheel well. I buffed the oxidation off the paint and it looks pretty good, probably better in the pictures than real life. I believe it's been painted once, but looks pretty good.

This is a good drive, but it's still an old truck, things that still need attention are the headlights. they don't work, I just got a new switch and I hope it fixes the issue. Also the top bearing in the steering column has some play in it. I hope to address these two issues this week.
