Description

1962 GMC Carry All / Panel (3/4 Ton/RWD)
With just under 70k original miles this very hard to find '62 GMC Carry All / Panel is incredible. Previous owner claims the mileage is original and based on how solid and clean it is (on top and underneath) I believed him and I think you will too.
The wood bed is original to the truck and in fantasic shape. I just had both seats professionally reupholstered with all new padding as well. They look great and are very comfortable. The 305 V6 engine is original to the truck and starts and runs smooth. The manual transmission shifts through all gears as it should.
It needs minor attention to get it back on the road .... the brakes need to be freshened up, needs a battery, needs a new fuel pump, and needs a new clutch cable. All simple and relatively inexpensive fixes that I just haven't had the time to get to. All glass in great shape. All lights work, interior and exterior.
My plan was to make this into a one of a kind shop truck. The patina is awesome and would look great sealed in with a coat of gloss clear coat. It's in such great shape it would make an easy resoration job to get it back to "new" if someone wanted to go that route. Anyway, it's up for grabs for the next person to get it rolling down the road and enjoy it however they want. I'm open to reasonable offers, no low-ballers please.
I think you'll be hard pressed to find anything like this in this good of condition. It is a truly unique and very cool truck.
Housekeeping:Please ask all questions, have funds in place, and permission (if needed, haha) BEFORE bidding. It takes a lot of time and money to list on ebay and I don't want to waste my, or anyone elses, time. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but I'm willing to help on my end to make sure all goes well with your transport at pick up time. Truck is being sold as is with no warranty expressed or implied. I'm not a dealer. I've described the vehicle as straight forwardly as I can. I'm willing to discuss the truck on the phone with serious buyers, simply email me your phone number and I will call you. I'll consider ending the aution early if you would like to make an offer that's good for both of us. Good Luck !!
