Super RARE 1 year only GMC Sonoma GT similar Syclone Typhoon Chevy S10 Cameo

Here we have my buddy's super RARE find. A 1992 GMC S15 Sonoma GT. If you are looking at this listing, chances are you know what you are looking at. This is a limited production truck in the GMC line up along with the Syclone and the Typhoon and it's distant cousin the S10 Cameo. This is one of 179 in the Apple Red / Gray combo. This truck has spent its whole life in Las Vegas Nevada and now in California and has no rust issues. Not too many of these out there that can say have no rust. It has not been driven a lot in the last decade and needs someone that can enjoy it. No accidents. It is completely original with exception of the Billet Specialty wheels it has in place of the boring stock rally wheels. Even has the original stereo. It is a used truck and without a doubt not perfect. It does run and drive well but can probably use some nice performance parts to make it better. The last picture shows it with a nice set of factory Xtreme wheels but it comes with the Billet Specialties shown in all the other pics. The Sonoma GT was a performance package available on the two-wheel drive regular cab short bed Sonoma. It was available for the 1992 model year only as an entry-level version of the GMC Syclone. A total of 806 were built. The truck was powered by an enhanced Vortec 4.3L V6. It featured central multi-port fuel injection and produced 195hp (145kW) and 260lb⋅ft (353N⋅m) of torque. It was equipped with a 4L60 automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential with 3.42:1 gearing.

Modified by Production Automotive Services of Troy Michigan, it was fitted with the Syclone interior package featuring black cloth bucket seats with red piping, a special gauge package, and a floor shift console.
