1972 gmc C15 Sierra Super Custom pickup like C10 Chevy Stepside longbed
Description
I bought this truck in May of 2015 in Arizona and moved it to TN in 2016. It appears to have spent it's life in the Southwest, very little rust. This is a stepside longbed, rare and "unique" looking to some. The engine is a strong running 350 with rebuilt heads, rebuilt Edelbrock 4 barrel, ceramic coated headers, and true dual exhaust. The transmission is a 700R4 automatic with overdrive controlled by a new B&M truck shifter. The truck starts, runs, drives, shifts, stops, and all exterior lights work thanks to new rear wiring harness. I've driven it up to 20 miles with no issues, but I don't have it registered and would recommend trailering it unless you live close to the Pleasant View area. I do have a clear AZ title in my name. The truck was painted at some point but the grey is peeling in places revealing the original blue color. Clear coat it as is for the rat rod patina look or slap on a new coat of paint and you'll have a nice quality driver. The interior is colorful with a newly covered seat, new carpet (not glued down) and includes a new Kenwood cd receiver. Chevy rally wheels are staggered, wider in the back and all tires are on good shape (front new). There is rust below the passenger door, and below the battery box. This is not a show truck - there are misc body dings, interior light does not work, not all gauges work, brakes pull a bit but work fine, etc. Spare parts included as pictured.
