Description

Im the 3rd owner of this classic truck since it’s restoration about 10K miles ago. 1st owner did the body work; rear roll pan and tail lights. Shaved tailgate deep rear wheel wells, custom grill, steel cowl hood, small mirrors and recessed door handles. Good looking silver and metallic grey paint job into the jambs. Recently professionally detailed Not a rust bucket clean top and bottom. Bed has a vinyl roll up cover. 2nd owner (who I bought truck from), is a mechanic who did all the engine/suspension work. Engine is a 327 small block with a 1985 corvette TPI top end with stock computer. Aluminum heads with .202/.160 valves, headers, duel exhaust, and runs on 87 octane regular. Turbo 400 trans shifts fine with 3:08 gear. Truck is built to be driven. Not a loud screamer but mellow and smooth. Truck has completed a Power Tour Event. Engine work 10K ago includes everything from oversized radiator, alternaton, starter motor, power steering pump, hoses, belts. Windshield washer motor/pump and Battery replaced last few months. Truck has over sized brakes front disc, rear drum wheel cylinders, shoes, pads, rotors, bearings, and calipers. Rear suspension has coil overs with custom air bags. Sump in fuel tank with Holly electric fuel pump.
Interior has vinyl bucket seats, carpeting, PS, PB, PW, PDL, AM/FM stereo with 3 speakers, no cuts to dash or doors. All dash lights and gauges work, clock keeps perfect time! Truck is set up for AC but does not have compressor set up and horn does not work. Truck rolls on 31x16 R15 rears and 15” fronts mounted on chrome rally wheels.
Truck was built to be driven rides and handles great.
