Description

I have for sale a 1949 First Series GMC 5 window pickup truck. This truck will be sold with a Bill Of Sale ONLY. I DO NOT have a title to this truck. It is sitting on a 1996 full size truck frame. It has a 350 motor with a 350 automatic transmission. New battery. It runs great. The brakes and shifter need adjusting. Due to this I have not driven this truck, but the motor does run. It will not take much at all to make this truck road worthy. 5 lug rally wheels with new tires on the front and good tires on the back. It has chrome valve covers and a chrome breather. Chrome wire holders and new wires. New electronic distributor. Tilt wheel and power steering. It has power disc brakes on front drums and new wheel cylinders on rear. It has dual exhaust and new pipes & mufflers. Chrome tips. The interior has new carpet and on bottom of doors. Custom door panels. Full cloth headliner. It has new wood in the bed with new painted strips. It has a custom tailgate with new chains. Custom lower pan with lights and a recessed tag. New door handles inside and new window cranks. New regulators and new door latches. New bezel on chrome guages. New wiper blades and new wiper arms. This truck has been a fun project for me to do, but due to health reasons I can't finish it. It needs very little left to be done. This truck needs both door glass and frames installed. It costs $300 for both of these. It also needs power steering hoses.
Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Thanks for looking at my auction. I'm selling this truck AS-IS/WHERE-IS with no warranty. You may pick this truck up locally or shipping arrangements will be the buyer's responsibility.
