Description

This is a 1982 factory 4 speed small block burb. This truck has been stored as is inside for 23 years! The body was pulled from the frame then the rear spring hangers were replaced with 1 ton rear hangers that move the leaf springscloser to the frame rails and the shocks mount inside the fram, this allows the custom built 16x10 steel dually rims with 35/16 BFG's to be 8' 6'' total width. The 14 bolt rear end was completely rebuilt with a 4:10 posi and installed with 6'' lift springs and 4 shocks. The front axle is a Dana 60 that was completely rebuilt and installed with 6'' lift springs and 4 shocks. The engine was completely rebuilt and is a 454 with a mild cam and a Holley car, I have all receipts for the engine. the transmission was also gone through it is a granny low 4 speed with a 205 gear drive transfer case . Both drive shafts are brand new and are powder coated blue. The exhaust is coated blue headers with custom built dual exhaust. The radiator is from a 1 ton diesel truck as well as the hydro boost master cylinder. All hoses including the AC lines are steel braided. Itis set up for dual batteries and everything in pics that is blue or silver is powder coated. The body received all new GM sheet metal that includes full 1/4 panels all 6 doors both fenders and inner fender, core support and rear sill plat, the rockers were rust free due to it havingrunning boards since new. after sheet metal was installed it was jambed along with the dash and fire wall and inner fenders with GM charcoal grey and the was taken to Ziebart and all inner panels were treated. the rear inner tubs were widened to clear the offset of the rear tires and rear AC was also installed. I also had a custom aluminum dash built with autometer gauges. I have brand new captains chairs, rear bench and center console and carpet that was purchased from a conversion company. The reardually fenders are fiberglass and were made for Suburban's . The sale also includes a complete 1990 GMC Suburban as show, it runs and drives and has been hit in the right rear . I planned on using the dash pad and door panels on the dually as well as the complete power window and lock wiring as well as the complete assembly'sin each door and any other parts that may be needed. I do have a clear title for the90 burb. The only things that will be needed are a new headliner and weather striping and window felts that are allreproduced. I built this truck 23 years ago to be a show quality truck and after falling in love I decided to sell it and get married [it never happene, thank god ] The new owner bought it and parked inside for 22 years and then fell ill and had to sell it and I happened to see it listed and bought it back a year ago and then purchased the doner burb. I don't have to sell but I don't know when I will get to it. It does run and drive but the clutch slips and it has a small leak at the transfer caseand the fiberglass hood is damaged and willhave to be replaced or the steel hood on the donor is nice and rust free and it needs a rear bumper. I have new window rubber for the factory dark tint side and rear glass also. I have a ton of receipts anddetailed pics of the build. I have tried to describe this truck the best I can and there is a lot of new parts that are included. Thanks for lookin, Louis Vin listed is for the 82 GMC and is clear and in my name . The title for the 90 is clear and is signed but not dated by the previous owne, I was planning on using what I needed and part out what was left then scrap what didn't sell
