I am the 2nd owner of this rare and collectible 1979 Honda Civic Station Wagon which is probably 98% rust free. It starts right up and runs excellent, but does need a few things fixed or replaced.

- Dutton-Lainson Towbar with Winch is INCLUDED in the sale. (The towbar receiver is already installed on the underneath of the car in front). It's ready to tow. This is a very HEAVY-DUTY tow bar.
- The car is 100% original. No modifications other than the tow bar receiver being installed.
This is a really cool car to be driving in 2017. I get all kinds of compliments and "thumbs up" while driving it.
I don't recommend driving this car long distances because there's a small amount of coolant leaking. There appears to be steam coming from one small section of the head gasket, so I put the car into storage and stopped driving it for that reason. It's a 40 year old car with all the original gaskets, so it would be a good idea to change them out anyways.
Needs a mirror for the driver's door. I have the old one, but I was trying to adjust it and it snapped. It's very possible to put it back together, and it's included with the sale.
The driver's door latch isn't latching past the first "click". I inspected it and it can be fixed by welding a little bead on the latch mechanism and filing it down. It'll be easier to show you this than tell you.
The windshield has a crack but fully in tact.
Those are the only known issues with the car.
New tires, brakes, master cylinder, recent oil change. Mechanically, this car is very SOUND. Compression is good across all cylinders.
