1993 Honda civic dx eg hatchback no reserve, turbo, tons of extras
Description
This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION, car will go to the highest bidder. Up for sale I have my 1993 Honda Civic dx hatchback also known as the civic eg. The car has 151,273 miles on the chassis and less than 10 on a freshly rebuilt D16Z6 motor. This car has a bunch of parts, no cheap crap, all name brand. I'll list the parts and what I've paid for them.Tinted Del sol mirrors $60MOMO Steering wheel and hub $320BLOX lower control arms and cross bar $300Tokico Struts $360Strut tower bar $60MSD Ignition $300Aftermarket rims will need new tires soon $400New spoiler $50
The car also has disc brakes all around did the conversion from an Acura Integra. Also it has a tow hook, bumper ties, and crayon lug nuts. Now a little history about the motor. I had the motor in my del sol originally, motor was fully built and turbo'd. Had the motor pulled out and attempted to put in the eg and make it California smog legal, so had my mechanic take off the turbo and drop in the motor. Funds dried up and never got around to finishing the install. The motor runs and fires up everytime, but the transmission does not seem to be hooked up to the motor. I put the transmission in gear and nothing happens, not sure if it's needs a different shift linkage or what it needs. Car will also need exhaust, runs with open headers right now.
Now for all the goodies. Has a rebuilt eclipse turbo, already hooked up to the turbo manifold. Boston Acoustic speakers with Boston Acoustic crossovers and a pioneer deck. JDM trunk box, very rare, cheapest I ever see it sell for online is $250. Also has most of the turbo piping with the HKS Blow off Valve already welded onto the piping. Have the sway bars from the del sol also, should fit the eg. Also has extra motor mount, heat shield, and original factory air bag. The body and the interior of the car is a little rough, judge pictures for yourself.
I made a video with a walk through around the car, link is : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQNunpidJ3M
The cars registration has not been paid since 2015 and I only have a bill of Sale, I lost the pink slip. This car would be perfect for someone looking for a parts car for their eg shell and just sell the rest for scrap metal or make this car into a track or autocross vehicle. Any questions please feel free to ask. I have spent a lot of money and time on this vehicle, but it is time to move on and sell it.
US Buyers only. Buyer is responsible for pick up of the vehicle. Deposit of $100 to be made within 48 hours of winning the bid through PayPal. Remainder will be made with cash in person. There are no returns and the vehicle is sold as is! Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
