1991 Honda CRX HF. We originally purchased this car on eBay in December 2010 and have enjoyed every minute behind the wheel. Now it’s time for you to enjoy this classic little Honda.

This car is 99% stock, only additions are tinted windows and professionally installed seat heaters. This is the HF (high fuel) model with a 5 speed manual transmission. The transmission shifts with all the smoothness you expect from Honda. Car regularly gets 45+ mpg (a bad tank is low 40's, we've seen as high as 53 mpg on a road trip). A/C works great. Car was repainted in 2013 after original red had faded, as Honda's red tends to do over time.

This is not a perfect show car, but a very, very nice example of one of Honda's best-loved little cars. The exterior of this car is in very good shape. There are a few small dings and the trim around both rear side windows is spotted (Both doors have new-old-stock trim). In 2013 both rear wheel wells were just starting to show rust, this was professional repaired when the car was painted - however, it is now starting to reappear with a very small spot of rust (dime-sized) starting to surface on both wheel wells.The interior is in very nice shape. The only exception is the driver's seat has one rough spot that is a little worn on the side bolster close to the driver's door. The carpet on the passenger's side has a stain from where a crockpot spilled some chili as my wife was merging onto the interstate - the chili was fantastic though!

Recent maintenance includes new alternator, new tires and new brakes (front and rear). Car has been serviced regularly throughout our ownership. Only current issue is that sometimes the clutch feels tight - we have had this inspected and been told that the clutch has a lot of life left in it - however, I feel it will probably need to be replaced at some point in the near future. Also, the rear window defroster has never worked since we’ve owned the car.
