We purchase this beauty from its org non-smoker 1-owner since 1987 and there's way more this jewel has a great story and 30 plus years of the best of care! Normally 99% of the time we ship our units in however in this case I wanted to buy a unit and drive it across country back to Ga & see the sights and this is that car! SEVERAL PHOTOS ARE INC OF TRIP It performed flawless thru California wildfire smoke, close to 10,000ft elevations, Bonneville Salt flats & did a 100 plus MPH run there, sub zero temps, driving rain, snow storms, 80mph for hours with cruise set, 30 MPGS and used no-oil on the almost 3,000 journey so needless to say this is one awesome dependable, comfortable vintage Honda! This 1987 Honda Prelude 2.0 Si is on the market for the first time in 30+ years and now here in Georgia! This wonderfully kept,"‹ California owned example is in EXCELLENT condition. This Prelude comes equipped with an automatic transmission, power windows, power mirrors, cruise control, power moon roof, moonroof crest, tilt steering wheel, Enkie alloy wheels and tires were new 3500 miles ago, correct factory rear spoiler and cold air conditioning & hot heat. The pop-up headlights and accessories work well. In this condition and with such low miles,"‹ this Prelude is a one of a kind vehicle. This is probably the closest example you will find to a "pristine well kept 114k original" 1987 Honda Prelude Si. This was Honda's flagship sports car back in the day! It is equipped with a 16 valve 2.0 liter programmed fuel injected 4cyl engine, tight smooth 4 speed automatic, a rear spoiler and an upgraded interior compared to its base level counterpart. The former owner purchased this beauty on November 3, 1987. It has been exclusively driven by HER and ONLY HER the last 30+ years! Non-smoker, NEVER stored outside, therefore, very little exposure to sunlight and it shows. CALIFORNIA car from day one. ABSOLUTELY NO RUST ANYWHERE! ALL Original EXCEPT stereo with CD player (remember those?) in the trunk and white Enkei wheels, shows like original paint. LOOK at the engine compartment! WE SEE NO LEAKS EVERYTHING WORKS! (A/C converted to 134 several years ago) Both original keys & 2 spares, owner's manuals, original service manual and various manufacturer's literature A "book" of receipts and a DETAILED MAINTENANCE HAND WRITTEN LOG documenting EVERYTHING ever done to the vehicle. I mean from oil changes to adjusting the valves to brakes to air filters to alignments to tune ups to radiator flushes to rotating the tires to wheel bearings to, well, I think you get the picture! Only 114,000 miles! The interior is in fantastic shape and includes the ORIGINAL floor mats. I Will also include a front vinyl cover aka bra for the vehicle and The Club theft deterrent device for the steering wheel. Now, let me make this crystal clear, the car is in EXCELLENT condition, but it is NOT NEW! There are a few dings and miniscule chips on the car and the left rear quarter panel has a slight crease about 6 inches long. If it were free of ANY blemishes, it would probably be in the Smithsonian Institute! This car is serviced and roadtrip ready! Optima yellow top battery is less than 2 years old.
