This1989 Honda CRX SiR is a Japanese-market example that was purchased and imported to the US by the seller approximately seven months ago. Power comes from a 1.6-literB16A1 VTEC inline-four mated to a 5-speed manual. Also factory-equipped were 4-wheel disc brakes, front and rear sway bars, bolstered front seats, and fold-down rear seats. Now showing 130k kilometers (~81k miles), this EF8 SiR is being offered in Yonkers, New York with Japanese maintenance records and a clean South Dakota title in the seller’s name. The vehicle is also registered and insuredin the seller's name.
SiR has the original paint and exterior styling cues included a revisedhood, different head and taillights, restyled bumpers, a fixed rear hatch spoiler, and twin polished exhaust tips as shown above.Four-wheel disc brakes, sway bars, and 14″ wheels were also standard on the SiR. A set of 185/60 Yokohama Ecos tires are currently mounted.Inside, the SiR received bolstered front seats with leather outers and fold-down rear seats.
