As you open the door of this vintage Honda and witness the early 90’s automatically retracting seatbelts you are taken back to a previous era in automotive history. There are so many cool features of this car that just awaken the senses and make you feel like you are back in the late 80’s/early 90’s.
1990 Honda Accord EX sedan equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission. CB7 generation. Green with tan interior. Excellent condition. Paint shows exceptionally well and the interior is remarkably clean. Most 3 year old cars are not this clean. Absolutely no indications that there were ever pets in the car or that the vehicle was smoked in. Smells just the same as it did back in 1990. The car is in stock,unmodifiedcondition. Enthusiast owned by mature adult. Excellent mechanical condition with no leaks, dash lights, or strange noises. The car shifts smoothly between all gears, and the clutch is strong with no slipping. The engine and drivetrain are all functioning properly. The engine sounds sublime. AC blows cold. Both Carfax and Autocheck corroborate this vehicle's accident free history. Consistent mileage increases shown in service records and Carfax (available on request). I have a copy of the original title as well as the original owner's manual with the dealer stamp. 2 keys. Thorough service has been performed on the car over the years. I have a printout of dealer service records performed by Luther Hopkins Honda under the care of the longtime original owner. Along with regular dealer maintenance, the 1st owner also replaced the front c.v. axle shafts at Luther Hopkins Honda. At 49,670 miles the 2nd owner had the timing belt and water pump replaced, did a valve adjustment, replaced cam and crank seals, and replaced plugs. He also put in a new Honda battery and factory exhaust. I have part invoices (from Luther Hopkins Honda) from the 2nd owner for work that he performed. This summer, Pauly Honda performed the rear seat belt recall work and also did an alignment and oil change service (have receipts). I personally rebuilt the front calipers and replaced the front brake rotors and pads. Fresh brake and transmission fluid services also performed.
Condition of the vehicle can be seen from the photos. There are a few touch-ups noted on the front bumper. Paint is in very good condition; there may be a few light scratches or imperfections that you really have to look hard to find. Tires are older and would benefit from replacement by new owner. Mileage reading is accurate at time of listing; mileage may increase by around 100 miles. If the new buyer chooses to have the vehicle shipped, I am happy to help with the logistics.
