1972 Honda 600 sedan
Description
She wants more garage space, and I don't have time to work on it. So, up for sale is my 1972 600 Honda sedan. I owned a couple of these cars back in the early 70s, they are fun to drive and I think they look great. I rescued this one from a salvage yard in 1996. Bought a rebuilt engine from the "Honda 600" man in Statesville North Carolina. In 1998 I got it painted, this is original Honda color. It has 10" Michelin tires (ten years old but only about 100 miles on them). The last time I had it started was about five years ago. It needs the tank drained and new fuel added before trying it now; also needs the battery charged. It needs a few small things to make it road worthy (new door weather stripping, brakes bled, etc.), but nothing big. All the glass is good, the upholstery is good (doors still have the shipping plastic on them), carpet is good, no rust on the body. Some of the chrome needs to be re-done. These cars are fairly easy to work on, parts are available, and they are a blast to drive. If you have a passion for micro-cars this may be the one for you. This is and easy trailer load, or will fit in the back of a full-size pick-up. I will help load or assist with shipping after full payment is received.
